B2B Sales Executive (Remote) – Job Post

Job Summary:

Metasoft Systems Inc is seeking B2B Sales Executives to join their high volume inside sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Metasoft’s SaaS fundraising software to non-profit organizations and charities in North America. This is a senior-level sales position with top-level compensation. Your main responsibilities will include cold calling, conducting needs assessments, delivering online presentations, managing decision processes, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Metasoft’s SaaS fundraising software to non-profits and charities.
  • Conduct cold calling and consultative needs assessments.
  • Deliver solution-based online presentations.
  • Manage decision processes with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors.
  • Close sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales closer in a B2B consultative sales environment.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline in a high-volume, fast-paced, and short cycle sales environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing complex sales involving multiple influencers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to help customers overcome fundraising challenges.
  • Passion for helping non-profits make a difference, with a preference for candidates with past volunteering experience.

Additional Information:

  • This position requires working from 5 pm to 1 am SA time, Monday to Friday.
  • You should have your own laptop, stable internet connection, and a backup power source.
